All students living on campus are required to purchase a meal plan. The 21-Meal Membership is available to all students. The 16 Meal Membership plan is available to 2nd, 3rd and 4th year students. The 10 Meal Membership plan is available to students living in Avery Glen Apartments or in the theme houses.
Commuter students are not required to purchase, but can choose from any meal plan.
Your meal plan will automatically renew from the fall semester to the spring semester.
Any unused meals or Declining Balance that comes with a meal plan does not roll over to the next semester. Any additional funds added to your dining account will roll over with no expiration date.
All funds and plans purchased for use on Agnes Scott Dining are for the personal use of the owner of the account or plan only and are non-transferable. The Agnes Scott Dining funds and plans cannot be used as a gift card or gift certificate. Except as otherwise expressly stated in these terms, all Agnes Scott Dining funds and plans are non-refundable and will expire at the earlier of the last day of enrollment or employment, as applicable, or the last day of the current semester.
Refund Policy:
All website purchases are considered to be final. Exceptions will be made for processing errors. All refunds for processing errors will be refunded to the credit card used for the purchase.
Promotions:
Promotions are not transferable and are not redeemable for cash, gift cards, credit, or toward previous purchases. Other exclusions may apply. Void where prohibited. Additional restrictions may apply. Aramark reserves the right to cancel or modify any promotion or offer at any time. Refer to each Promotion’s respective materials for additional details, instructions, and requirements.
